We will show them how work the household appliances and the Internet Wifi. You will be able to contact us 7/7 for any problem or question you may have. We will also meet our guests on their day of departure. Any arrival / departure between 8pm and 8 am will be charged 50 Euros. Any arrival / departure on Sunday or public Holiday will be charged 50 Euros. Any arrival / departure on December 25th or January 1st will be charged 150 euros Those fees will be due at check in or check out. There is no cleaning fee but you are supposed to leave the apartment cleaned. We provide bed sheets and towels. In order to comply with French legislation for short-term housing, we will ask our guests to sign a rental contract.
