The spacious environment features a comfortable double bed with clean, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and a warm quilt for a perfect night's rest. The windows allow in natural light during the day, but are also fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a quiet night. If you need to work or study during your stay, you will find a practical desk with an ergonomic chair. Plus, we offer a high-speed Wi-Fi connection to keep you connected at all times. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Includes a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. We also provide coffee, tea and some basic condiments for your convenience. The private bathroom features a spacious shower, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. You won't have to worry about sharing it with other guests, as it is exclusively for you. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
