The dining room has a breakfast table with capacity for 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals in company. You'll also find a separate study table, in case you need a quiet space to work or study. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals if you wish. As for entertainment, the apartment has a flat-screen television, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows. They have air conditioning, ideal for staying comfortable all year round. Free check in between 3 and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to EUR150 per reservation. The total expenses for electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of EUR50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill for a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example. If one month the amount of the electricity bill is EUR60, the tenant must pay EUR10 at the time it is claimed. Parties and noisy gatherings are absolutely prohibited. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
