Welcome to our cozy and avant-garde apartment, where every detail has been carefully designed to provide an unforgettable stay. With air conditioning in all rooms and modern decoration. The apartment has two bedrooms located in the interior patio of the building. Additionally, the living room opens onto two balconies that overlook a quiet street, allowing you to enjoy the serene surroundings. Our apartment can accommodate four people, with a large 150x200 double bed in the main bedroom and two 90x200 beds in the second room. Bedding is provided to enhance your comfort. The bathroom has a refreshing shower, as well as a hairdryer and towels for your comfort. The living room and kitchen share a large and functional space, ensuring a perfect flow. To enhance your stay, we provide an excellent Smart TV, high-speed WiFi connection and all the necessary appliances for your culinary adventures, including ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and washing machine. We prioritize your comfort and convenience, as evidenced by the step-free entrance and spacious, modern elevator. Waste disposal is conveniently located in the building on the -1 floor. Upon request we can provide a cot for your comfort. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
