The Owners are an international couple: Isabel originally from Colombia (Cali) and Daniele from Italy (Parma) who met in Australia (Sydney) and came to live in Spain (Madrid). This is their first home owned and the one they call the reunion house. In this recently renovated house (with a very modern interior) friends from all over the world have already come (literally from all continents) and we hope that this vibe of multiculturalism and traveling people continues in this house. They leave in this house their little touch of love for good cooking and drink, for nature, for the movies and travel. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of EUR50.00/month for all receipts. The expenses of: electricity, water, gas, will be borne by the landlord, up to an amount of EUR50.-/month for the total of the receipts. If the total amount of the bills for a month exceeds said amount, the tenant must pay the difference. For example. If a month the total amount is 60.-EUR, the tenant must pay 10.-EUR at the time it is claimed. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
