Welcome to our charming studio apartment, located in the vibrant heart of the city. The spacious environment features a comfortable double bed with clean, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and a warm quilt for a perfect night's rest. The windows allow in natural light during the day, but are also fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a quiet night. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Includes a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. We also provide coffee, tea and some basic condiments for your convenience. The private bathroom features a spacious shower, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Free check in between 3 and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to EUR150 per reservation. The total expenses for electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of EUR50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill for a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example. If one month the amount of the electricity bill is EUR60, the tenant must pay EUR10 at the time it is claimed. Parties and noisy gatherings are absolutely prohibited. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
