Apartment with terrace

The bright apartments are furnished to a high standard and also create a comfortable living experience thanks to the parquet flooring and the 14 sqm furnished terrace. They each have a living/sleeping area, an open kitchenette and a modern bathroom. There is also a small workstation/dining table, a large flatscreen TV (swivel), an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso machine. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as a bicycle cellar. Parking garages/underground garages are nearby. The price also includes an on-site caretaker service, 2x monthly cleaning, 2x monthly bed linen changes, 2x monthly set of towels. A weekly service is also possible on request for a fee. The city of Cologne also charges a cultural levy of 5% on the total rent. These costs are charged additionally by us and paid to the city of Cologne. An extension is also possible depending on availability!
