## Space Located on the 2nd floor of a nice building in the rue d’Armaillé, the apartment is in the heart of a lively shopping street. Here is the description: – Entrance with side table – A living room with dining area, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a television and armchairs; – An equipped and independent kitchen; – A room with a double bed (160*200), cupboards, a desk and an armchair; – Independent toilets; – A bathroom with shower and basin. We will be pleased to welcome guests who come for business or studies reasons. For legal reasons, we are not allowed to accept guests coming to Paris for tourism. ## Access ## Interaction We will welcome our guests on their arrival at the apartment. We will make sure they are connected to the Internet and that they know how work the electronic appliances.
