Otherwise, the landlord will take care of the registration for you, but an additional processing fee of €50 will be charged.* Payment terms vary depending on the booking period: - Payments are made every 4 weeks, by credit card only. - For bookings over 8 weeks: An advance payment for the first 4 weeks is made to Homelike, after which the provider will invoice the following 4 weeks of the booking period as well as the final cleaning (€100) and the security deposit (€200) before check-in. The credit card will be charged every 4 weeks. - For bookings under 8 weeks: advance payment of the first 4 weeks to Homelike, the provider then invoices for the remaining booking period of up to 4 weeks. Rental start and end: always Thursdays. Move-ins/move-outs also possible on other days via online check-in, as long as within the booked period. The furnishings may vary depending on the floor plan (colors, furnishings, design may be different), but always remain in the characteristic style, as shown in the pictures.
