Bright duplex apartment with big balcony

The second floor apartment is a duplex with two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. A hundred square metres designed to create separate areas for different activities and ambiences that allow for a combination of work and leisure in a roomy and comfortable space. The decor on both floors, which includes several designer pieces, is inspired by Josep Pla’s work The Grey Notebook. The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV, USB player, a safety deposit box, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary amenities to make guests feel at home. The large living-dining room is adjoined by a fully equipped kitchen. On the duplex’s lower floor there’s a balcony with views over the old port and the square below, as well as a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the upper floor there’s a second bedroom with a double bed that can be made into two single beds, if preferred. In the entrance to the bedroom there’s a small study-cum-living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional two guests. The double-height ceilings, the exposed brick walls, together with contemporary furnishings and lighting, create a sophisticated and elegant interior.
