We are located in the San Diego neighborhood, a vibrant and diverse community located in the Puente de Vallecas district, in Madrid. This constantly growing neighborhood has become a place appreciated by its residents due to its mix of urban elements and green spaces. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
