Welcome! This home is a charming apartment located in the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe. The two bathrooms are complete and equipped with everything necessary to provide comfort and privacy to guests. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV to enjoy your favorite programs. In addition, it has a fast internet connection, an independent kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining room is a modern and elegant space, with capacity for 8 people. Free check in between 3pm and 8pm. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to EUR150 per reservation. The total expenses for electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of EUR50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill for a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example. If one month the amount of the electricity bill is EUR60, the tenant must pay EUR10 at the time it is claimed. Parties and noisy gatherings are absolutely prohibited. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
