The apartment is individually and stylishly furnished and creates a spacious and comfortable atmosphere thanks to the open room design and the high ceilings. It has a living/sleeping area, a modern kitchenette and a bathroom with natural light. There is also a small work area/dining table, a large flatscreen TV (swivel), an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso machine. In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer (for a fee) and a bicycle cellar. The has a spacious roof terrace that can be used communally. Parking garages/underground garages are nearby. The price also includes an on-site caretaker service, 2x monthly cleaning, 2x monthly bed linen change, 2x monthly set of towels. A weekly service is also possible on request for a fee. The city of Cologne also charges a cultural levy of 5% on the total rent. These costs are calculated additionally by us and paid to the city of Cologne.
