Beautiful old Georgian apartment in Conservation Area (Vassal Road Conservation Area) near Oval. All London sights are within 10-15 min by public transport. Apartment on the second floor with beautiful views. All hotel quality linen and towels are provided and there's ample storage for clothes... even if you end up shopping for more :). Available in the room: - Iron and ironing board - Hangers 1 Bathroom The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, toilet and sink. Toiletries are provided (soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls). - Hair dryer Our property is cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linen and towels for your comfortable stay in London. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. A £100 charge will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it. No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
