The rooms have a bed with a trundle (single or double depending on the type of room), desk, wardrobe, lamp, air conditioning and individual heating, that is, everything essential to have the best possible experience. **IMPORTANT -For stays of 1-2 months, a deposit of 150 euros will be charged. -For stays longer than 2 months, a deposit of 150 euros + deposit of 1 month's rent will be charged.
