If you need more space to store your belongings, don't worry, as we offer ample storage space so you can organize your belongings neatly and have everything within reach. The apartment itself is in a privileged location, just a few meters from the majestic Royal Palace of Madrid. When you leave the building, you can enjoy visits to the Sabatini Gardens. As for the shared areas, you will have access to two bathrooms and a kitchen at your disposal, with enough space so you can bring everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
