The residence has 10 single rooms, ALL of them have a private bathroom with a shower inside the room, they have a double bed with a trundle, desk, study chair, Wi-Fi, SMART TV (40 inches) in each room, double closet, Air conditioning and individual heating. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, cabinets where you can store everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine... Our cleaning staff will be in charge of cleaning the common areas (living room and kitchen) of the residence one day a week. **IMPORTANT -For stays of 1-2 months, a deposit of 150 euros will be charged. -For stays longer than 2 months, a deposit of 150 euros + deposit of 1 month's rent will be charged. These amounts will be returned upon departure if everything is correct. *Please keep in mind that we only accept people whose age is up to 35 years.*
