The residence has 9 individual rooms, ALL of them have a private bathroom with a shower inside the room, they have a bed, desk, study chair, Wi-Fi, SMART TV in each room, double wardrobe, air conditioning and individual heating.... . The residence also has a fully equipped kitchen/living room, with a fridge, ceramic hob and cupboards where you can store everything you need. In addition, everyone has an individual locker with a key to store food and utensils so that only you can access them. As if all this were not enough, you can also receive visitors and that these visitors can spend the night in your rooms, that is, everything essential to have the best possible experience. **IMPORTANT** -For stays of 1-2 months, a deposit of 150 euros will be charged. -For stays longer than 2 months, a deposit of 150 euros + deposit of 1 month's rent will be charged. These amounts will be returned upon departure if everything is correct. *Please keep in mind that we only accept people whose age is up to 35 years.*
