The residence has 9 individual rooms, ALL of them have a private bathroom with a shower inside the room, they have a bed, desk, study chair, Wi-Fi, SMART TV in each room, double wardrobe, air conditioning and individual heating.... . The residence also has a fully equipped kitchen/living room, with a fridge, ceramic hob and cupboards where you can store everything you need. In addition, everyone has an individual locker with a key to store food and utensils so that only you can access them. **IMPORTANT** -For stays of 1-2 months, a deposit of 150 euros will be charged. -For stays longer than 2 months, a deposit of 150 euros + deposit of 1 month's rent will be charged. These amounts will be returned upon departure if everything is correct. *Please keep in mind that we only accept people whose age is up to 35 years.*
