The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
