This particular room is equipped with a comfortable double bed that will guarantee you a restful night's sleep. Additionally, you will find a practical work desk for those who need a quiet space to study or work during their stay. The room also has a minibar so you can store your favorite drinks and foods without having to leave the comfort of your room. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
