The apartment, recently renovated, is really cozy. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of EUR50/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is EUR60, the tenant must pay EUR10 when the claim is made. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned once their stay in the apartment is over, if there is no damage to the property.
