This apartment has Air-Conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and a small balcony with a beautiful view of the Barcelona Port and Barceloneta. This modern apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, an open-style living/dining area with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances (portable 2 cooking ring hob, toaster, dishes & silverware etc.) ; It also includes a washing machine. Please note that the following information has to be provided for the selection process of the tenant: a payslip or work contract, passport, the reason for your stay, and the relation between the different tenants who want to stay. Please, note that utility bills are included but limited to 180 EUR per month to avoid bad use. Anything extra will be charged additionally. In case an invoice on company name is needed , 21% VAT is to be added to the total cost. *Late check-in fee after 21 hs of 30 euros and after midnight of 60 euros.
