This is an spacious and bright single room with big window doors that give us access to a cute private terrace where you can relax reading a book. It is located in a 3 rooms coliving home located in Guinardó area, next to Parc del Guinardó (a perfect green area to relax and enjoy the city calmly) and just 5 minutes walking from Hospital de Sant Pau and Guinardó-Hospital de Sant Pau metro station (L4). It has a double bed and a big two doors built in closet. There is an spacious working area, with a big desk and all completements. This room is located in a hall next to the living area, just in front of Room 3 door. The deposit will be returned to you 30 working days after the end date of your contract once our team has checked if there are no damages in the room or in the apartment, all contractual rules have been met during your stay and there are no excesses in the monthly consumption of supplies. The monthly rent includes: Up to €60/month of supplies (water, electricity and gas). Up to €90/month for 2 people rooms. High Speed Fiber Optic WiFi. Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. Maintenance Service. The one time Member Fee 250 euros payment includes: Welcome pack with two sets of bed linen and two sets of towels.
