The apartment has a shared kitchen with fridge, stove- top and microwave/oven and a shared bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Both bedrooms are spacious and bright and are fully furnished including a comfy bed, a wardrobe and a desk with desk chair. The building has an elevator and a shared rooftop terrace. Bikes can be parked in the basement. There is a shared laundry space with multiple laundry machines and dryers in the basement where you can do your laundry against a small fee PLEASE NOTE: An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after completing the booking. If not actively terminated, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.
