How you are part of our success story:
- You find solutions for customer problems that arise and support them through the journey
- You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process by telephone and email
- You support both tenants and landlords
- You are a cross-team collaborator and ensure that we all work together to help customers reach their goals
- You escalate customer feedback and suggestions in order to improve the customer experience
Working hours: 11am to 8pm Central European Time; 1-2 Saturdays per month which is set off against a week day
What you need to convince us:
- You keep your cool even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, after sales or a similar position
- You speak business fluent English and French
- Speaking German is a plus
- Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing qualities
