About the Role

Homelike is still growing and new opportunities could come up any time! We are always looking for proactive and self-driven talents to join our dynamic team. Specifically, we are looking for German speakers (on business fluent to native level), based across our hiring locations (Cologne, Barcelona, Athens, London) who can support our biggest market – Germany.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for innovation as well as leveraging a strong ability to find solutions to the raised problems. You will play a key role in addressing critical business challenges and driving growth.

Homelike’s recruitment process involves an initial HR call to assess general fit, motivations, and expectations. This is followed by a technical interview focusing on role and team fit. Candidates then undergo a role-specific case study to showcase their skills and working style. The final interview involves meeting higher-level leadership or the future team to evaluate cultural fit. After the recruitment team decides, candidates receive a decision along with detailed feedback in case of rejection.

We are hiring remotely in Spain, Greece, Germany, the UK. Our office hubs are in Cologne and London. Kindly note that some open positions have location-specific requirements.
