How you are part of our success story:
- You will be responsible for the operational success of our Channel Manager integrations
- You will be in close exchange with our operational teams about challenges and bugs for which youβll be the first line of support. Keep track of feature requests, and product improvements in a structured way, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create value for the suppliers.
- You will make sure that the operational teams are educated about new features and processes by building a comprehensive internal knowledge base, of which youβll have the complete ownership.
- Additionally, you will support the listing managers with content verification via integrations
- You report directly to the Head of Global Supply Sales
What you need to convince us:
- You have gained first experience in project management or operations, ideally in a technical environment
- You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- You have a strong technical understanding and a keen interest in technical project management
- Your analytical mindset and structured way of working distinguish you, as well as your strong communication skills
- Ideally, you are proficient in working with spreadsheets, and have a first experience in ticketing systems such as Zendesk, or/and Jira
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with tasks as needed
