How you are part of our success story:
As our Salesforce Marketing Cloud – CRM Manager at Homelike, you will manage our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey. Your job is to have a strong understanding of constructing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will have a good balance between technical, strategic, and creative skills. Based on your data analysis, you will be responsible to drive improvements of Homelikeβs KPIs, e.g. conversion and retention rates.
What you need to convince us:
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing and retention or as a management consultant.
- You are proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (in particular, Journey Builder)
- Full responsibility of Email Journey Design, implementation & testing.
- You have a good knowledge of AMPscript and SQL – HTML and CSS is a bonus.
- You have good analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes.
- You have an entrepreneurial βcan doβ attitude.
- You have a high affinity towards technology and IT.
- You are fluent in English.
