As the gardens are at the rear, the garden apartments are at a lower level. They are much sought after due to their outlook and tranquillity within the city centre. The studio is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. It offers a combined bed/sitting room, dressing room, separate kitchen and shower room. The sleeping area has a plush, comfortable king-size bed with a deluxe mattress and hotel-quality linens. On one side, it sits by the window, and on the other side, it has a comfortable sofa. There's a flat-screen digital satellite TV and a Bose for entertainment. And Wi-Fi broadband means you can be connected for business for pleasure. This room has double French doors opening onto one of the most delightful west-facing terraces and a shared garden—the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or for al fresco dining in the summer months. However, every effort has been made to maintain the historical feel and maintain many of the period features. The main feature being the 400-year-old wall that remains exposed in the kitchen/living room. The kitchen itself is fully well-equipped, with all the standard appliances you would expect, as well as enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils should you wish to cook during your stay. There is also a coffee machine for your use. Coffee, tea and milk capsules are all provided for you. The open-plan room also has a comfortable sofa which can act as a sofa bed for an additional two guests should you wish (please note, blinds have been recently installed in this room). There is also a smart TV on the wall from which you can access iPlayer, YouTube, Amazon Prime and Netflix if you have an account login. Upon exiting this room and making your way down the corridor, there is a modern showroom on the left and the master bedroom at the end. The bathroom features a large shower cubicle with rain shower, a basin with lighted mirror, a WC and a heated towel rail. The master bedroom is very spacious and features a comfortable super king-sized bed. There are also three windows that make this a very relaxing space. This homely Edinburgh tenement, perfectly located in the Broughton area, offers both comfort and convenience. A short walk will take you to the various prime sites and popular attractions including the iconic Dean Village, Stockbridge, Princes Street and the Royal Mile. This property is perfectly sized for couples or single travellers with 1 bedroom fitted with a brand new King Sized Bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the Lounge. The Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook lovely homemade meals during your stay, there is also a Tesco directly across from the apartment to pick up your ingredients. For those that enjoy a coffee to kick start their mornings, an espresso machine is provided. The living room has two large couches, one of which can be used as a sofa bed if travelling with friends or family. You can also find a big TV, for relaxing and cosier evenings after a whole day exploring! There is also access to a quiet shared Garden to the rear of the property. Located within a quiet development in North West Edinburgh, my home would serve as the perfect choice for families or small groups, looking for a comfortable extended stay, or weekend base to explore Edinburgh. The spacious living area comfortably holds two large sofas, well situated in front of a flat screen tv. This makes for a perfect relaxation spot after a busy day exploring the city! The living area also includes a large dining table, with seating for 4. This can be used for enjoying a group meal together, or even as a laptop workspace. The living area flows into a modern and well equipped kitchen, with plenty of worktop space and food storage areas. I have also included cutlery, crockery and utensils, to enable guests to prepare and cook meals. There are 4 bright and spacious bedrooms, each with ample storage space- available for guest use! Two of the bedrooms are occupied with comfortable double beds, with the other two bedrooms containing single beds. Each bedroom has the benefit of a large window which allows natural light into the rooms. My property offers three clean and fresh bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms include showering facilities. Complimentary towels, handwash and shampoo will be provided. The nearby Davidson’s Mains neighbourhood is predominantly residential, however you will find a few quiet tea rooms, popular takeaways and lively pubs. There are a number of boutique stores which line the street, and a large Supermarket (Tesco) in which you can buy all your necessities! My property is located within a safe development and offers free on street parking, with a dedicated parking space directly in front of the block.
