Other famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace are only a few minutes away by foot, making it the perfect place to visit the Capital and to enjoy the festival in August. There are 2 large windows in the living/dining area that let in lots of natural light, making the open living area and kitchen the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the City. The fully equipped kitchen is compact but offers all the modern appliances and utensils you need to cook up a delicious homemade meal. There is a table and chairs that provide an ideal place to enjoy your meal with your loved ones or can also be used as a workspace. There's a comfortable double bed in in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second one. Both bedrooms offer ample storage for you to store your personal belongings! The well decorated and modern bathroom offers a walk in shower, WC and a sink. The property is located on the 4th floor, (no lift but it's worth it for the view!) Please don't hesitate to message if you have any questions, we will be happy to help. Important information: * Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host * Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. If you fancy a cosy and relaxing night in after exploring all day, you can easily do so in the bright living room where you kick back and watch movies on the big smart TV. The large sofa and luxurious armchair will make the experience even more comfy! The property also includes a large double and comfortable bed fitted with high hotel quality linens and two fresh towels are also provided for each guest. Last but not least, the light-filled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, where guests can enjoy a relaxing soak. Outdoor space: There is a large communal garden to the rear of the property, and considering you're in the heart of the city it is very peaceful and well maintained. Parking: Paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets -The closest car park is Radisson Blu, guests can look on their website for pricing. In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones! The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven. The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds.
