In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones! The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven. The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also plenty of storage in each bedroom, so you can store all of your personal belongings and luggage without losing too much space! There are 2 bathrooms and they both contain a walk in shower. One of the bathroom is ensuite which is perfect for some privacy and a relaxing time! There is also a toilet and sink and we provide fresh towels, and consumables! Last but not least, there is a private garden where you can enjoy some peaceful time. At your disposal you will have an incredibly spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area to share lovely meals and quality times with your loved ones. 4 bedrooms with large a 2 double bed in two of them and 2 super comfortable king size beds in the other two You can also find 3 luxurious bathrooms, perfect for some soak in and relaxing time! Please note that a hand and bath towel will be provided for each guest. With 5 TV's, one in each bedroom and a large wall-mounted TV in the living room their will be no need to fight over what to watch should you choose to relax and enjoy staying inside after a long day exploring Edinburgh.
