Central location next to Edinburgh's popular tourist attractions not far from City centre The space As you can see, our characterful studio apartment hosts a comfortable and plush sofa bed in the living area. Also, the design and furnishing add a peaceful aura to the room, guaranteeing a goodnight sleep. Your night can be concluded in the wonderfully bright bedroom where you can sink into a king size bed which is fitted with hotel quality bed linen. While, a morning shower can be taken in the relaxing bathroom, a hand & bath towel will be provided for each guest. This space is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some yummy local dishes. You can also make delicious meals in our fully-equipped kitchen. Last but not least, towels and toiletries are provided in the modern, well-appointed bathroom so you can enjoy an energising shower in the morning, or a relaxing bath with toasty underfloor heating, at the end of your day. Parking: Free street parking is about 30 mins walk, or a quick bus journey. All the parking in the area is metered. This homely Edinburgh tenement, perfectly located in the Broughton area, offers both comfort and convenience. A short walk will take you to the various prime sites and popular attractions including the iconic Dean Village, Stockbridge, Princes Street and the Royal Mile. This property is perfectly sized for couples or single travellers with 1 bedroom fitted with a brand new King Sized Bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the Lounge. The Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook lovely homemade meals during your stay, there is also a Tesco directly across from the apartment to pick up your ingredients. For those that enjoy a coffee to kick start their mornings, an espresso machine is provided. The living room has two large couches, one of which can be used as a sofa bed if travelling with friends or family. You can also find a big TV, for relaxing and cosier evenings after a whole day exploring! There is also access to a quiet shared Garden to the rear of the property. NOTE: 3 flights of stairs to access property (no lift access). The property is located on the 3rd floor so is not suitable for wheelchair users Parking: On street parking is available. You will be able to park free of charge around the Broughton Road area between the hours of 5.30 PM and 8.30 AM (Monday to Friday) and ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday, this includes on single yellow lines and “permit holders only” parking areas. Outside those hours parking is still possible in designated areas at a modest charge, the easiest way for paying and administrating parking is by downloading the “Ringgo”app and follow the simple instructions, or payment can be made at the ticket machines. The best place to find available payable parking is in Eyre Place, which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also parking in Tesco, which is direct across from the apartment and this is free for 90 minutes. Blackfriars Residence is our beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment with a great location, only 1 minute to the heart of the Royal Mile. Our beautiful city centre duplex apartment is in the heart of Edinburgh. We have recently updated many aspects of the home for the comfort of out guests and we hope that you will enjoy the home that we have created. The kitchen has lovely views over Salisbury Crags and the surrounding Skyline and we provide all the cooking utensils and crockery you need for your stay. There is a large table for eating the meals that you prepare or order in. The living room once again offers amazing views of Edinburgh's skyline and Salisbury Crags. Should you get bored of the view there is a large 50 inch smart TV. Bedroom one has a beautiful king size, four poster bed with large amounts of storage for your stay. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to your arrival. This bedroom also has a beautiful Ensuite. The Ensuite to bedroom one has a stand alone shower for which we will provide shampoo and shower gel. Bedroom two contains two single beds and once again, plenty of storage. You will find that both bedrooms have a luxury feel. The bathroom is very modern with a bath and shower. We provide shower gel, shampoo and hand soap to save you some packing.
