Modern and exceptionally central apartment in the heart of the historic Old Town on the world famous Royal Mile. The perfect location for enjoying the Edinburgh Fringe. Other famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace are only a few minutes away by foot, making it the perfect place to visit the Capital and to enjoy the festival in August. There are 2 large windows in the living/dining area that let in lots of natural light, making the open living area and kitchen the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the City. The fully equipped kitchen is compact but offers all the modern appliances and utensils you need to cook up a delicious homemade meal. There is a table and chairs that provide an ideal place to enjoy your meal with your loved ones or can also be used as a workspace. There's a comfortable double bed in in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second one. Both bedrooms offer ample storage for you to store your personal belongings! The well decorated and modern bathroom offers a walk in shower, WC and a sink. The property is located on the 4th floor, (no lift but it's worth it for the view!) Please don't hesitate to message if you have any questions, we will be happy to help. Important information: * Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host * Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. If you fancy a cosy and relaxing night in after exploring all day, you can easily do so in the bright living room where you kick back and watch movies on the big smart TV. The large sofa and luxurious armchair will make the experience even more comfy! The property also includes a large double and comfortable bed fitted with high hotel quality linens and two fresh towels are also provided for each guest. Last but not least, the light-filled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, where guests can enjoy a relaxing soak. Outdoor space: There is a large communal garden to the rear of the property, and considering you're in the heart of the city it is very peaceful and well maintained. Parking: Paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets -The closest car park is Radisson Blu, guests can look on their website for pricing. Important information: 1- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them. This inner city apartment is on the third floor and benefits from some double glazing to minimise outside noise when you want to relax after exploring the city. This apartment is very large and spacious with high ceilings and brilliant views – you can reach almost every venue in minutes on foot, eat out at some of the best Edinburgh has to offer at the doorstep, see fireworks at Edinburgh Castle from the living room (perfect during August!) and the Firth of Forth from the bathroom. It is located on George IV Bridge, pretty much the most central point at the heart of the city. There are 3 double beds in the property sleeping up to 6 people comfortably. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds and ample storage for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay, including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy and delicious meal. The lounge is perfect for collapsing in with a glass of wine after a day out and there is also a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer. There is only one bathroom in the property, it is fully fitted, and shall have basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo. One less thing for you to worry about!
