The space The property is stunning and modern feel. The location is right next door to Edinburgh Castle, a historic building Listed. This property is located in the exclusive and historic Ramsay Garden apartment block, which was developed between 1890 and 1893 by the renowned Patrick Geddes. Not only is the property situated at the top of the Royal Mile, next to the Edinburgh Castle, but it also sits overlooking the popular Princes Street. From the balcony, one can see the Scott Monument, the Firth of Forth, Princes Street Gardens, and much more. The living room is the defining feature of this incredible property with the 3 windows providing fantastic natural light. This room is extremely spacious and open. It consists of two sofas, two armchairs, a dining table with 4 places, and a Flat Screen Smart TV providing guests with unlimited viewing opportunities. Overhead spotlights throughout really set this room off. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with an integrated oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. There are many wall-mounted storage cupboards providing sufficient cookware, crockery, and utensils for you to use during your stay. The 2 spacious bedrooms continue the property's modern feel. They both accommodate a double bed with fresh crisp white linen. Fresh towels are also provided. The property has two separate bathrooms one of which is an en-suite attached to the first bedroom. The main bathroom offers a bath where guests can enjoy a relaxing soak. The en-suite bathroom also contains a washing machine available for all visiting guests. Parking: Paid parking on the nearby streets is subject to availability, also available your parking space website and ringgo app. The nearest transport links are: Buses: The Mound is about 5 5-minute walk away from the property with lots of buses taking you into the center of Edinburgh and beyond. Further information can be found on the Lothian buses website. Trans: Waverley station is about a 7-minute walk from the property. A beautiful top floor, 3 bedroom George Street flat with views of Edinburgh Castle. You will struggle to find a better location anywhere in Edinburgh. Opposite the Assembly Rooms, making ideal for the Festival. My home has period character, lots of space and modern amenities. A perfect base for friends and families to enjoy this city from. Previous reviews from 2019 quoted the leaking roof, this has been completely repaired and we would love to welcome you to this spectacular home! Upon entering the flat you will come to a large, spacious hallway. To the right is the spacious living room with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle. The living room has wonderful sofas to relax on and enjoy the view, as well as a dining table. The kitchen is to the left of the hallway. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is crockery, utensils, cooking equipment and all the appliances you would expect. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and views from the rear of the property all the way over the Firth of Forth to Fife. The twin room has an ensuite and views of the castle. The other bedroom has a super-comfy double bed. My cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. There are two bathrooms that have been recently been redeveloped to the highest standards.

In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones! The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven. The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also plenty of storage in each bedroom, so you can store all of your personal belongings and luggage without losing too much space! There are 2 bathrooms and they both contain a walk in shower. One of the bathroom is ensuite which is perfect for some privacy and a relaxing time!
