This well decorated and elegant property with an open spacious living room hosts 3 sofas for a relaxing and cosy time after a long day exploring the shore and the city centre. The tall and large window lets in lots of natural light, making it a great area to socialise while you work on your next Scottish adventure. The large table in the dining room is connected to the living room-providing both an eating and working space where you can enjoy dinners and make the most of your cosy evenings with the rest of your family and loved ones. The kitchen is well-resourced with modern amenities and provides everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. For your comfort and to get plenty of rest for your next day in the capital city you can find two large double comfortable bedrooms with one of them being ensuite. There are plenty of spaces and ample storage for your suitcases and clothings. Each bed is fitted with high hotel quality white bed linen along with a hand & bath towel for each guest. The well decorated bathroom has all you need with a fitted standing shower, a toilet and a sink! Guest access You will have access to whole apartment. Residential parking is available in the cobbled street immediately in front of the building. A parking permit will need to be displayed, this is located in the property. Property is on second floor No lift access Other things to note Check in / Check out Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner?s schedule. *The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. * Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. At your disposal you will have an incredibly spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area to share lovely meals and quality times with your loved ones. 4 bedrooms with large a 2 double bed in two of them and 2 super comfortable king size beds in the other two You can also find 3 luxurious bathrooms, perfect for some soak in and relaxing time! Please note that a hand and bath towel will be provided for each guest. With 5 TV's, one in each bedroom and a large wall-mounted TV in the living room their will be no need to fight over what to watch should you choose to relax and enjoy staying inside after a long day exploring Edinburgh.
