There is a living room with an open fitted kitchen, a separate shower room and a bedroom. The apartment has laminate flooring. A TV and the corresponding connection are available. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes and was just newly installed in summer 2024. You can stay outside on the small balcony when the weather is nice. Washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement. (charges apply! Coin-operated washing machines) Also ideal for commuters to Frankfurt who want to live in a quieter and more well-kept place. The property is in the city center. There are public and free parking spaces in Schwedenpfad and Landgrafenstrasse (only on the right-hand side, there is a charge on the left!) You can usually find a parking space here. But we cannot guarantee this. Many of our guests were able to cope well with the parking situation. But occasionally guests were not satisfied. Paid parking spaces are chargeable from Mon.-Sat. 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays as well as at night, you do not have to pay(!). If you register your residence here, you can get a resident's parking permit for around €40 per year.
