From the balcony guests have a breath-taking view of the city’s most iconic river, the River Clyde, accompanied by a stunning city centre skyline. The apartment contains two large style bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the second bedroom comprising 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have large built in cupboards for guests luggage needs. There is an additional family bathroom. All major city centre shops and amenities are but a throw away from the apartment. Central station is a three minute walk and Queen Street station a 10 minute walk from the property. Ideal access for those visiting for business with easy access to all City Centre and Clyde side offices (BBC, Barclays etc). For those nights where guests would rather not eat out this apartment is fully equipped with oven, gas hobs, a full set of pots and utensils and everything one would need to have a home cooked meal with friends and family. The living room is also fitted with Sky Q for all your entertainment's needs. With regards to parking, we have an arrangement with our local NCP offsite parking partners. We provide a special discount code for use with their app that provides parking at £8 for 24 hours, including exit and entry. Please enquire in advance. We have a fair energy use policy in place. The hall cupboard houses the washer/dryer and boiler plus drying facility, keeping the noise away from the main rooms.
