Do you need an apartment in which many details have been taken into account accessibility and practical assistance? With DIPLOMA apartments we have three of them. With 46 m², they offer wheelchair users plenty of space and extra large range of motion. Adapted handle heights ensure that all cupboards can be easily accessed while sitting. The twin bed with a width of 2 x 90 cm offers XL sleeping comfort and in the bathroom, the floor-level shower with shower seat, the toilet with grab bars and the wheelchair-accessible washbasin make your daily routine easier. By the way: thanks to the couch, we can add an extra bed in the barrier-free DIPLOMA apartments for up to two additional people.

The cellar house is ideally suited for 1-2 people, has 110 square meters of living space and is located in a quiet cul de sac near Bremer Straße just before the Hamburg city limits to Lower Saxony. The property is about 600 square meters and not visible. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a study, the dining and living room (both open), a bathroom, the guest toilet, a large dining kitchen and a sweeping entrance hall with separate cloakroom and many storage options. In the basement are the laundry room, other basements and the garage. Another parking space is available outside. As you can see from the attached photos, the house is neat and spacious, with a large sun terrace facing south / south-west. The forest edge location near the Harburger mountains and the upscale single-family neighborhood make the house attractive for people with a desire to relax. Numerous sports and leisure activities are possible: tennis, hockey, golf, horse riding, cycling etc. There are very good motorway connections towards Bremen / Lübeck (A261 / A1) and Hannover / Kiel (A7). The city center of Hamburg can also be reached quickly by car or public transport (HVV).
