About this space Welcome to our lovely terraced house, located just a short bus ride away from Liverpool's bustling city centre, the M&S Arena, and the iconic docks. The trendy Baltic area and the picturesque Sefton Park are also within easy reach. Our property has undergone a recent high-standard refurbishment, resulting in a comfortable and stylish design that's perfect for your stay. We can't wait to welcome you to our home! The space This beautiful little property is perfectly formed with 3 double bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor which are accessed via steep stairs. One bedroom is on the ground floor at the front of the house. 2 of the rooms have small double beds whilst one room has twin beds that can be zipped together to make a king size if required. The kitchen has a microwave oven and is equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and glasses. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen which will seat 3 people. The shower room is downstairs and has an electric shower. Additionally, we provide a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. Guest access You will have access to the whole house during your stay. Additional rules This is a quiet, friendly family street. Please do not upset the neighbours with antisocial behaviour. Please put all rubbish in plastic bags in the bins provided in the yard at the back. Removing all bedding helps with the cleaning and is much appreciated. Thank you.
