Welcome to my sunlit gated apartment, situated on the second floor, with parking , arranged on one level this light-filled, comfortable flat is a perfect London retreat. A short walk (5-10 minutes) from Canada Water tube station, allowing you easy access to the fantastic Jubilee Underground/Tube Line and to the Elizabeth Line. Walk to London Bridge in 30 minutes for an abundance of restaurants, bars and local shops. The space Local Bermondsey, just one stop away on the Jubilee line from nearby Canada Water Station, is a wonderful area of SE16, South East London. the neighbourhood has a relaxed feel with tons of great restaurants and galleries. The apartment is set within a gated area, making it incredibly private, safe and giving you that exclusive feeling! On entering the apartment, you will be greeted with plenty of natural light - something I personally love! From the hallway, is the lounge area, with a beautiful corner window, it makes the room bright, a real mood lifter! The space is large, with TV (with Amazon fire stick), sofa and a dining table. An ideal space for relaxing. Please note that personal Amazon login will be required to use the Amazon fire stick. Leading into the kitchen, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances/conveniences (including a dishwasher) and a plentiful cupboard and workspace. There is also a coffee machine for guests to enjoy. Please note that the fridge has a small freezer compartment (1 shelf) at the top of the fridge. Next door to the kitchen is the comfortable double bedroom with a large, floor-to-ceiling window, making it another bright space. Don't worry, the curtains do a great job! There is a full-length mirror and built-in wardrobe with more mirrors. There are also bedside tables on either side for your belongings. There is a full bathroom, with bathtub, shower within the bath, basin and WC. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom for your toiletries. Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. I won't be around in person during your stay, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, ®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should guests need any assistance during their stay. The flat is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay. There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally including a Sainsbury's Local, 30 - 32 Surrey Quays Road - a 5 minute walk away. The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers. There is a free parking space, which is within the gated grounds. Please note: my apartment is located on the second floor and the building does not have a lift. Guest access Guest will have full access to the all of the apartment. Other things to note There is an allocated parking space, please see photos for this. You must park in this bay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
