Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine .There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment .
Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night.
Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month.
This apartment is designed for corporate stays, not for students.
Therefore, the company behind its management, could ask for the work contract/three last payslips. If guests declines to show them, they can cancel the reservation within 24h from its confirmation.
Lastly, the owner of this property is a particular, therefore, even if he could issue a document supporting the payout of the rent & the reservation details, he cannot invoice.
