The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.

The room has all that you need to live, work and study here. From appliances to linen, internet and more. All costs are included in the rent, including bills & internet. Additional charges: a duty stamp of 32? & 1% of the annual rent for tax - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. As a result, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day. This adjustment will have no impact on the price or rental period. - An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after the booking. Without an active termination, the rental agreement will be automatically extended. -Contracts can only end on the middle or last day of the month, and only last day of the month in December (new) - The final cleaning fee includes not only the move-out cleaning itself, but also represents a membership fee that grants the tenant access to an international community of young professionals. - Towels are not included nor provided
