The apartment consists of a kitchen, entrance, staircase, guest toilet and a living room on the ground floor with a large terrace and garden. On the upper floor you will find the newly renovated bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet as well as a large bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a small room with double bed and wardrobe and a small room with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Because of the idyllic garden with a large terrace and the beautiful furnishings, it has its own Mediterranean flair. The location is very convenient as the apartment is close to the S-Bahn station of the airport line S8 and from there you can easily reach the city centre. (about 15 minutes). To the S-Bahn station you walk about 5-8 minutes depending on the speed. It is also very easy to reach the Munich Trade Fair Centre by car (about 8 minutes) and the city centre (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, a bus runs directly in front of the door in various directions (U4, city centre and also to the trade fair). During the construction and furnishing of the apartment, care was taken not to use materials containing harmful substances and the mattresses of the beds are new and protected against mites.
