You must send us the following documents: 1) Copy of your identity card or passport, 2) Copy of your school/work certificate, 3) Copy of IBAN and BIC if you have a € account, 4) Your current postal address. The person in charge of payments must be able to justify an income of between 2x and 3x the value of the monthly rent. Proof of income will be required: pay slips, employment contract, tax notice. For students with a guarantor: guarantor's identity card, tax assessment, employment contract, latest pay slips.
