The kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, Microwave, toaster,electric kettle & Coffee maker) and the property has equally a washer & dryer as well as two small balconies with a view on the top of the historical Saint Jacques Tower. The area, a semi pedestrian one, is very lively with its numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and many other shops. For shopping lovers, Rue Rivoli, with its numerous boutiques is simply a few blocks away. You are equally some waliking distance away from Forum des Halles shopping Mall ( The 2nd Biggest Shopping Mall in France). The seine river is less than 5 minutes walking distance away and you will jst need to cross the bridge to be in the Saint Michel area with the Notre Dame cathédral not far away. Arrivals, Departure, Assistance & any other Charges: 1) The keys of the Property will be delivered to the Client by a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE appointed by the host, in the apartment at a time previously agreed. Check-in will be carried out from Monday to Saturday, between 2 pm and 7 pm local time, free of charge (check-in before 2 pm can be accepted free of charge upon request and depending on the availability of our team and so far the apartment is ready). Any arrival from Monday to Saturday beyond the mentioned time above (9.00 am to 7.00 pm) shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is : - 25 euros for check-in between 7 pm and midnight; - 40 euros from midnight to 3 am. Any arrival on Sunday and public holidays decreed in France, shall be subject to an extra cost. This extra cost is : - 25 € for arrival in between 10 am and 7 pm; - 50 € for arrival in between 7 pm and midnight; - 70 € for arrival from Midnight to 3 am. 2) The guest is given assistance during his stay, so far it is possible. However, If the host needs to attend to the guest’s emergency needs, a fee of 50 € shall be charged to the guest by the host if ever the guest is solely responsible for the host’s intervention (ex. Loss of keys or guest being locked out ..etc ) The CLEANING FEE IS NOT INCLUDED AS WELL AS ELECTRICITY FEE which will be calculated on a meter reading and the host will take this 2 charges (cleaning and electricity fee) from the caution deposit.
