Getting Around: Navigating to Our Marais Studio Made Simple Getting to our charming studio in the Marais is a breeze with these convenient transport options: From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Alight at Châtelet-Les Halles. Transfer to Metro Line 11, heading towards Mairie des Lilas. Disembark at Rambuteau station, and enjoy a short walk to your destination! From Orly Airport: Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station. Switch to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. Follow the same steps from Châtelet-Les Halles as detailed above. Nearby Public Transportation: Rambuteau Metro Station (Line 11): Provides access to vibrant areas like République and Belleville. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Internet Etiquette: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation. Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings: For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
