Exterior flat in a quiet area in the centre and well connected to Madrid, it has two bedrooms with a large double bed and a built-in wardrobe, a smaller one but with a trundle bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, natural light and a bed with a hand dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, outdoor clothesline, automatic dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave). It has full Wi-Fi availability, the house is fully equipped with everything you need to take advantage of and enjoy both short and long stay holidays, ideal for couples with or without children. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 EUR, the tenant must pay 10 EUR at the time of the claim.
