Exterior flat in a quiet area in the centre and well connected to Madrid, it has two bedrooms with a large double bed and a built-in wardrobe, a smaller one but with a trundle bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, natural light and a bed with a hand dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, outdoor clothesline, automatic dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave). It has full Wi-Fi availability, the house is fully equipped with everything you need to take advantage of and enjoy both short and long stay holidays, ideal for couples with or without children. Wi-Fi available throughout the house - Free check-in between 3pm and 8pm Between 8pm and 11pm please coordinate with us, as it has an extra cost that depending on the time can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 EUR, the tenant must pay 10 EUR at the time of the claim.
